HCS LLC was started in 2018 by Scott Jay to continue the excellent service of HCS, Inc. He started with HCS in 1996 and has a background in commercial construction. Scott was instrumental in adding commercial framing and finish work to our services. He has been a crew leader for big box type commercial projects and many specialty steel structure buildings.
HCS, Inc., was started in 1995 by JB and Kay Arbogast. JB has over 45 years of experience in all types of construction, working in the Seattle and Tri-Cities markets. With a BS Degree in Mathematics and a BA Degree in Economics from the University of Washington, JB has worked as the owners' construction manager for multi-million dollar projects, as the prime contractor on a variety of ground-up residential, commercial projects, and on remodels of all types
Our foremen average 20 years of experience and work closely with our staff of over thirty craftsmen to produce work of the highest quality, on schedule and on budget. Our staff strives to exceed our customers expectations on every job, no matter how big or small.
Kay and her staff work behind the scenes to assure all proper insurance, bonding and contract documentation is completed timely and efficiently.
